Does anyone have websites that you can refer me to purchase package for the almonds? I wanted to use something other than tulle or organza bags.... I was trying to come with something Italian related also... We're having a black and white wedding.. Thanks!!!

Re: Almond Packaging
Ok this is a shot in the dark and might not work so well but it COULD be a cute idea and I'm just throwing it out there. I know you don't want tulle but this might work out. What if you take the almonds and wrap them up in black tulle. Roll the tulle around the almounds so it make like a long roll. Now, take that roll and put it into a cannoli shell. Take some white tulle and place the cannoli in the white tulle. Just a thought and I thoughts I'd put it out there. I think it's a good idea IF it's even possible.

Re: Almond Packaging
I am not sure when you need them by- but My cousin bought here's from Italy. They were 5 almonds covered in colored plastic wrap and made to look like flowers. She put them in little flower pots and everyone picked the color they wanted. I have one at home and will send a picture and where she got them- but they did come from Italy.
Let me know if that is something you would like.

Re: Almond Packaging
Hi.... Actually, I did contact a company based in Italy that makes the flowers with silk, etc... and the almonds are inserted... These aren't our favors though... just an added little something and they wanted $7 each... I didn't think it was worth it.... But FROM ITALY WITH LOVE is my favorite! hehehehe.... Thanks! I'd love to see a picture!

OK the almond flowers she had were Confetti Pelino- She didnt order them from this site- My aunt had one of her family members in italy buy them there and mail them here but they are the exact same ones.
Hope this link works: http://www.confettipelino.com/site/epage/30876_552.htm

Re: Almond Packaging
That is the SAME EXACT website I saw in the past.... As I mentioned, they're not the favors so I felt $7 each was a bit high. I'm going to call over there -- maybe they work out a deal with me...Thank you so much! All of you are awesome!!!
