Do we feed the band members, and photographers etc.? I am filling out paperwork for my final agreement w/RH and it asks. So do I count them as a guest? How does this work?

Re: Almost feel stupid asking this but
Yes we do. If you are using house vendors, their meals are usually free. If not, you usually pay half price for them

Re: Almost feel stupid asking this but
you should feed them. our RH gave us a discounted rate for our vendors. in the final headcount they should ask for the # of vendors you'll be supplying food for.

Yes, our RH gives us a break - it's 1/2 price for vendors...

It's usually 1/2 price for vendors as long as you meet your guarantee...

You should feed them. Most RHs charge a discount (50% or a third off) their meals AFTER you min. full price guest count is made.

Re: Almost feel stupid asking this but
Its not a dumb question BUT speak to them first... I mentioned it to my DJ that I had already paid for their plates and he said absolutely no, bc they will be working through dinner and they just eat in CH. He told me that is a way that Halls try to get you to pay extra.

My DJ told me the same thing. He said that RH's usually get you to pay when they end up feeding your vendors regardles...for FREE. Talk to your vendors, ask them if they've worked at ur RH before and how did the eating situation go. Tell them that with some halls you know that they feed the vendors for free, but in the event that your hall doesn't do that, you wouldn't want them to go hungry.
