Do we feed the band members, and photographers etc.? I am filling out paperwork for my final agreement w/RH and it asks. So do I count them as a guest? How does this work?

yup - we have extra 6 ppl - and they count the same as kids - i think we're paying 2/3 for them.

a lot of RH offer 50% of regular price for vendors.

you have to feed them but u pay half price for them not full price and i think they are added in to your guest list.

You dont have to feed them-speak to them and ask if they will be eating-some will tell you no.
And the RH usually sets up an area for them to eat-whether its in your room or another room-they have a place for your vendors
