a few kids in my class have been sick and today after my break i started feeling super sick...i leave an hour early take my temp..it's 103.3...i then wait a little then take it again it spiked to 104.2! thats pretty dangerous considering my normal temp is only in the 97's thankfully i took a cold shower, a cold washcloth and well...am laying pretty much naked and its down to 101 now but if it got any higher...fh was ready to drive me to the er...very scary. See THIS is why i need insurance.
i found out 2 kids in my class have kawasakis disease. Its very contagious..mostly in children under 5 but either way i, as well as my class, was exposed to it. And ive had a fever for over 24 hours now..its gone down a lot..but nonetheless...still there..ugggghhhhh and im missing my friends' ( summertimegal from the 09 boards) bachelorette party :( im so sad

thanks for the well wishes..fever has finally broke...took almost 2 full days. FFIL actually yelled at me for not going to the dr he's like 'if we have to we'll help pay the bill' since i don't have insurance oh and he'll kick my butt if i do that again. But i did lose like 5 lbs from not being able to eat lol

omg! I am glad you are OK! That is so scary!!! You need to go get health insurance!!!!!! You should also take tomorrow off too! Stay away from the sick kiddies!

i mean im still feverish..but def not as high as it was. It's staying between the high 99's-almost 101. And man my throat is SORE along with the other things that are coming out of my behind ( sorry TMI ) Oh i can't call out sick because we're 'not allowed'. Its a whole other issue within itself but im supposed to be there at 630 am and if im still sick i don't know what i'm gonna do
