ALS Association

Hey Girls-

I am not sure if you are aware of ALS, but it is also known as the Lou Gehrig's Disease. My father passed away from it March 14, 2000. I am very involved with the association and I have to make my goal this year. The walk is September 30, 2007 at Eisenhower Park.

Please take some time out and read the link below. I know a lot of us are trying to save for our weddings, but if you do have anything to spare, please make a donation. I would truly appreciate it! Some of you are able to have your father walk you down the aisle, don't take it for granted...because the only person I ever wanted to have walk me down the aisle, can't!

i will definately check that link out. i work in a rehab facilty and i encounter conditions like this frequently. I dont remember specifically working with someone who has ALS, but i did learn about it a great deal in school. i was in CVS recently and a therapy co. was collecting donations for ALS, FH and i both donated. My heart goes out to you and your family!
