you should post this on the 08 boards...most of us haven't gotten to that point yet, but I remember on the 08 boards not so long ago they were talking about it...also the bhb board too. good luck.
actually the girl whose wedding it is is an 08er, and she's posting it on the 08 board. but i know a lot of the 09ers have been in bridal parties, so i figured it wouldnt hurt to ask if any of them had to get alterations.
Hmmm I was in a bridal party recently and the dress was altered at Bridal Suite in Centereach...they weren't very cheap so I wouldnt really go there unless I couldnt find anything cheaper...they did a nice job though.

hahaha hey, thats what im here for...they were good but the dress cost me a small fortune...(well not really...hey, Im jewish and cheap.)

Where are you located? We have a great family friend who we get all of our alterations through. They are really great there and deal with wedding gowns and bridesmaids all the time. They are in Valley Stream, but Im not sure if thats anywhere near you

Try your local dry cleaners. They aren't too pricey. I did that when I went was in a wedding last year
