alterations/seamstress/tailor

Hi everyone!!

I am stressing and need to find a good tailor/seamstress...i got my dress at davids and know that many people suggest going elsewhere for alterations...i am fine with that except my dress was discontinued and now am so nervous about messing my dress up...i live in manhattan and dont have a car, but i am desparate. i want to make sure my alterations are done well

anyone know any good tailors/seamstresses??
