altering dress neckline

can anyone suggest a place where i can go to alter the neckline of my dress?

i brought it at davids bridal and no way i am going back there for alterations

it would like it to be altered to a sweetheart neckline, right now its just regular tube top like

also i prefer the city to long island

Its not the city, but Sarina is going my alterations and she is in forest hills on austin st. I think i read somewhere when i was searching for posts on her that someone had her change their neckline

umm.... i have no idea!!!

i never asked her when i had my first fitting and shes not touching my dress till mid april so we didnt really go over that yet.... prob should have though!
