alternative cake ideas

FH and I dislike wedding cakes. Does anyone know of an alternative? We both really like cupcakes... Has anyone seen this before? If so, can you post a pic.

Any suggestions will be helpful... pics if possible

You can also do pies or cheescakes and have all different flavors

my sister did cupcakes instead of a cake and it was a huge hit! I think its a great idea!

I heard of someone doing a variety of different pies w/ choices for ice creams. Sounds yummy to me!

In the CLM cake book....they had the option of cup cakes instead of the traditions wedding cake...they may not have alot of different styles but I remember when I saw it I was like I was going to get that if I booked with them. So u have an option of not having to spend extra money to go outside and get a cake .....when u can choose that and it comes with ur package

We did cupcakes instead of a cake - I think I have a picture in my album. We used My Little Cupcake in Farmingdale - everyone raved about how good they were.

I'm not doing cupcakes but I am planning on doing a wedding cheesecake with a chocolate ganache outside. I didn't want a regular wedding cake and i love cheesecake
