Alternative to garter toss?

I just realized there will be almost no single guys at the wedding to toss it to but I still want to do the removal. What are some other things to do besides toss it?

i also will not have many singles at my wedding and my dj Tommy tunes said a new thing that is being done instead is giving the garter and the throw away bq is finding out who is the oldest married couple and present it to them after all of the removel of the garder and then play there wedding song if possible!

I've been to wedding where they just tossed it and that was that. Dont really know what else you can do.. are you doing the anniversary dance?

It's when you do the garter removal, then all the married couples come onto the dance floor, the dj asks, who has been married 5 yrs or less sit, 10 yrs or less, sit...the longest married couple got my bo-k and john gave the man the garter. It happened to be johns great uncle & aunt, who were married 58 yrs.

i LOVE that idea!!!!! im not into the garter toos. i think people get uncomfortable.

We have alot of single guy friends, but I like this idea much better.

intresting....we didn't plan on it but i'm gonna think about this. I love the anniversary dance. They did that with bu-k at the last wedding as was it.
