What are you ladies throwing after your ceremony? I am looking into stuff and I can't decide if i want to do rose petals, lavendar seed, bubbles, confetti...what is everyone doing if anything at all??

its funny because this is one thing i had no preference about. I wasnt crazy about any idea so i told Dh to decide and he picked bubbles.

We picked the bubbles because I think they look the prettiest in pictures - plus I didnt want any of the other stuff getting stuck in my hair

We are getting married at the RH (hopefully outdoors) so we are planning on using rose petals. They look great in pics too!

I picked up bubble as well. I too don't want to pick bird seeds or confetti out of my hair. I do like the rose petals... but how far will they really go?

We can't do much of anything so we are doing ribbon wands...pics in my album.
FSIL is getting married 9/7 and they are releasing butterflies!

We used sugar wedding rice that dissolves because we weren't allowed anything that needed to be cleaned up and DH didn't like bubbles.
I think we are making a mixture of rice and rose petals. I just love the way the rose petals look in pics and I have always dreamed about coming out of my church and having my guests throw rice at me.....

Yeah i thought about bubbles, was it a pain in the a$$ for people to do it? I keep seeing the stuff dripple all over everyone!

See that is kind of what I was thinking as well, I don't want to pick that stuff out of my hair for my FSIL wedding we were sitting there trying ot take seeds out of her hair forever!

we got petal cones from exquisite affairs with our names & the date and a rhinestone on them and we are throwing rose petals! it looks so pretty all together!
