I am getting married in Nov of 08. I have all the major vendors booked, but I feel like im falling behind. I havent gone for any hair/makeup trials, I havent ordered my favors, havent started my programs...etc. Am I where i should be or am I being very lazy and slacking? I see that some of the other 08 fall brides are on top of things and on the ball....its scaring me.

u have plenty of time!!! i havent gotten favors or had my hair trial, or order bm dresses, and a long list of other things lol and im a few months before u haha

you're fine! our entire engagement will only be 9 months, and you already have more time than that. we only just figured out our favors this week. i started going for trials 4 months before the wedding. you'll be fine, don't stress.

I'm getting married about a week before you, and ihve the following: church RH dress photographer videographer Reception music florist (but have not yet picked flowers)
in the meantime, i'm looking for small things, like flower girl baskets and ring bearer pillows, garters, cake toppers...really small thing like that just for fun.
all the rest (limos, invites, favors, etc) i'm leaving for spring & summer, especially the hair trials. I spoke to my regualr harstylist last week and she said to go for hair trial about 2 months before. If i booked more things now, what would i do for the remaining 311 days??

My wedding is April. i haven't had trials or started my programs and i'm not even 100% sure if I'm doing one of the 2 favors I planned on yet let alone ordered them!!

You are right on track!
We did all those major venders within the first 3 months...then NOTHING for (except eng. party) until now. We have 6 months left and are just now starting to get back into th swing of things...
this past week we registered, picked out BM dresses, and HM, next we have to get flowers, invitations, favors, Bridal party gifts, shoes, bands and tuxes...
OH YEA... AND WINNING THE LOTTERY!

im getting married a week before you and we dont have 1/3 of all your stuff done.. lmao.. i have my dress, BM dresses, church, RH and music. THATS IT lol
