I still have to order Bridesmaid dresses(they are ordering them the end of the month),Madi/Matron of honor dresses,flower girl dresses and Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses..Am I cutting it too close?

I would start looking soon..just because you here these horror stories that they come in wrong or something is not right & you want enough time that you don't have to rush IMO

I hope not because I´m getting married the week after you and all I have is the RH!!!!! (not even my gown!!) I think I will be doing all of my wedding planning in the three extra weeks that I decided to stay in NY after FH comes back.
As for a more specific answer to your quesitons, the little I do know is that depending on the designer sometimes they take different times getting in. However, when its not a bridal gown it is usually less time. I would start looking just to be safe.

I am in a wedding in may and we had to order our dress by the end of this month for them to be in on time. Maybe some places are different I dont know- And i did notice some dresses said- Fast order add 40.00.
Haha thats really funny to put ona aprice tag- but I would order your dresses soon so you dont cut it too close.

I was a BM in my friend's wedding March 08 and I ordered my gown in November. Came in January, which was plenty of time to have it altered or change things if need be.

We haven't ordered any of ours yet. I only have my dress. I'd start looking into styles you want, but don't freak out. My BM dress came in in 2 mos. when I ordered from RK Bridal 2 years ago.
