Am I being a baby?

I know the answer to that but here is the story...

My best friend is a guy-1 month ago he met a girl ( who I like very much) and they seem to be on the fast track to everything. They live with eachother already and he just called to tell me that they boooked the hall for June of 2006. I am very hapy for them but kind of feel like they are rushing into something...and also that they could have waited until after my wedding...I know that what counts is that he is happy but ...well I am sure you know what I mean. I feel so bad that this is the way that I feel.

I understand how you feel. You are not being a baby, but you do have to realize that it does not matter when they are getting married. All that matters is that you and your FH are happy and are getting married when it is perfect for you guys.
I was in a situation where a close friend of mine (who i work with) got engaged about 10 months AFTER me and is getting married 4 weeks BEFORE me. Yes, i could have made it bother me, but the truth is i would never let itruin a friendship and also, i remember that there was a reason my FH and I didn't pick a March, April or May 2006 date...we chose July for a reason and we chose a long engagement b/c it was what was best for us.
