I'm doing the exact same thing - so if you're a bridezilla, then so am I!
The three musketeers (I mean Bridezillas). I'm on the same time schedule.

If you are then I am too! My hairdresser is coming at 6am. The girls getting their hair done by her need to be at the hotel at 6 (which is why 2 out of those 3 are staying at the hotel with me) & the BM who is using someone else has to be in my room dressed & ready by 8:30am at the very latest since the photog comes at 9am to take pics until we leave for the churhc at 10:30. This is all for an 11am ceremony.

No WAY you are a bridezilla. Your demands are very reasonable, PLUS it is your day. I know someone who is starting at the same time as you and she is making her entire bridal party get there at 5 AM!
It is hard enough to plan the day; I would let her know how much you appreciate her getting there early, but not change a thing.

In no way are you being a bridezilla! Our ceremony also starts at Noon, (we're taking pics before the ceremony) and according to my photographer, we should be ready to leave my parents house at 8:30am for pictures.

My cermony starts at 12 as well, and they all have to be ready by 730 am to take pics at the beach first then get in the limo and drive to hall to start pics there, so I'm even worse! but no one is complaining.. but IF my sister was in my bridal party she'd say the same thing about me but thats why shes not

nope i don't think you're being a BZ at all. its a daytime wedding and you need time to get ready.
here was my timeframe:
ceremony: 11:15 am.
everyone who was getting their hair and makeup done, arrived at 6:00 am at the hotel to my room
by 8:00 a.m we were alllll ready, and around 8:30am the limo picked us up to take us to the RH
9:00 a.m. we started pics
some ppl just don't get how long the process can be for weddings!
