Am I crazy???

FH just asked me if we can rent a Porche or Lamborghini (sp?) (or something else to thet effect) instead of having a limo for us.........AND I SAID OK!!!!! What the heck is wrong with me?? He wants to drive us from church to the reception Why does he have to make everything so difficult?!! And why did I agree?? Good thing it's still far away so maybe he will forget!

my fiance has a porsche cayenne truck, and we saw one as a limo in new jersey. we tried to get it, but it was booked. it was really cool. but instead we are getting a limo bus and are all going to go from the church to the reception together. i guess I knew I needed to compromise, since I am picking mostly everything else. so, i guess pick your battles. if it really means a lot to you, then make sure he knows. but if it is not that big of a deal, maybe let him choose that. remember, he is only going to do this once, too. just my opinion, and I wanted to give you my experience with the same type of thing.

It's really not that important to me that we take a limo to the reception......just as long as we get there somehow!! The only thing I don't want is a convertable or it will mess up my hair!!! He really hasn't had a strong opinion on anything else so far--not that we have done much--so I guess this will be 'his thing'! He just kind of suprised me when he asked! Thanks for your input!

I hope you dress will fit!! I wanted to renta 1967 Ford Mustang convertable but my FI said neither one of us is driving after all the partying we are doing that night!

I said the same thing, that we can only get a car that my dress will fit in!!! and FH asked me by starting with 'if I promise not to drink at our wedding....' whatever you want Honey b/c I still am!!!!

I was never a big fan of limos so I actually was the one to suggest the same. I think you can get some GREAT and unique photo ops. FH is a HUGE Formula 1 race fan so it would be cool for him and he doesn't drink so YAHOO!!

I say GO FOR IT!
