So...the time is coming up for me to actually put in an order for my dress. I love my dress and I think that its beautiful...but there is a tiny little nagging part of me that feels like maybe there's something else out there.
To be fair, I tried on maaaaany dresses and this is the only one I really liked. But I never got that 'this is the one' feeling, I didn't cry, I didn't even get really excited or anything. I do feel sad whenever I have to take the dress off, so I guess that's something.
I think maybe I am just worried about making such a final decision...I was thinking about going to a salon other than mine and maybe trying on some other dresses just to be sure. Do you guys think its a good idea or am I just nervous because the decision is so final?? There are pics in my album of me in the dress...help!!!!

I would definitely go and try on more dresses, it doesn't sound like you are too sure about the dress that you have picked out

I think it might be best for you to go to another salon and try on more just so you feel more comfortable with your decision. If you are having doubts and feel like you're rushing into it now, just think how much worse those nagging feelings will be in a few months. I think your dress is gorgeous and just remember how you feel in it!!

I thinking the same thing , I know how you feel. I have tried on alot of dresses as well and have a weird feeling about ordering. If you feel like you have searched high and low and this is the one you can see yourself marrying FH in, I say definitely go for it. Go on one more dress shopping appointment if it will make you feel better. If this is the dress you keep coming back to, order it!

Re: Am I crazy?
If you read my last post you will see that you should be ABSOLUTELY sure before you order a dress. I had dress doubts 2 days after ordering my dress and thought they would go away, but they didn't. And I was like you before I ordered, I wasn't overly excited, but just wanted to be done with dress shopping and finally buy something.
A lot of stores will tell you that a dress takes 12 months to come in, but that isn't true. People order their dresses 8-9 months before and are completely fine. My advice is to definitely try on other dresses to get the one dress that gives you that feeling.
Bridal reflections was telling me that so many brides have doubts about their dresses, most don't switch, but a lot of girls come back in to try on new dresses. I would get that out of the way before you order and feel stressed out by having doubts over your dress.

Re: Am I crazy?
First off let me say that I love the subject of your topic b/c I feel like I am at the stage where I am going to use that same subject no matter what the actually topic is about!!!!
But honestly I think you have received some great advice from the ladies thus far & I totally agree w/them. I have not yet come to stage of picking my dress, even though I went out shopping once but just from that one experience I now totally understand what the dress means to a bride on her wedding day. So, w/that in mind just take a casual gander at a few more dress, no pressure and see what else is out there.
Good Luck!!!!

Keep looking...you still have time. Try the dress on again too... you may fall in love again. I tried on so many, but kept comparing them to the one I chose in the end. Up until I returned to the salon, I was hesitant... but I KNEW... just keep looking...you'll find it.

Im watching say yes to the dress and the girl cried at everyone she tried on-that's crazy right...and There was another one who went back to pick up her dress and then changed her mind. You don't want that to happen...just Keep looking. I just started found nice ones but not crying moments. so I hear ya

Re: Am I crazy?
I didn't cry when I tried on my dress but I definitely liked it alot. My mom didn't even like it at first but then she came around. You should keep looking if the thought of your dress doesn't bring a smile to your face.
