I was wondering if I really need to be there when they pick out the BM dresses.
I dont care what they wear, I want them in a slate/granite gray. Cant they just go together and pick something out?
The length, shape, cut..... I dont care! I just want them both in the same material and length. I do NOT want them in the same dress..... They have to buy it and I want them to be comfortable.
Am I insane for this????? Should I really care?
Do I really need to be there?

no. Your lucky you only have 2. Im the same way. unfortunately i have to go because i have 8 bm.

I'm only having 2 also. I chose the dress. I would recommend you go with them. I mean you do have to pick out a color theme at least. Plus, it won't look right if they have 2 polar opposite type dresses with different fabric, etc.

ITA I am too impatient and curious to not see. and btw I am having only MOH (which may or might not come from our home country) and my brother as my BM. so th # of ppl in ur BP is totally up to what u want and who u want

it might be better if you go to act as a buffer, they may not agree on 1 dress so youropinion might be the tie breaker

8BM...... WOW, that reminds me of a wedding I was in a few years ago. There were 25 people total. I thought the bride was insane and decided right then and there NEVER!!!!!!!
It just happened to work out that way. I wanted to keep it small. The good thing is.... my MOH and BM are already married... so they have been there and done that already!

You are not crazy because that is exactly how I felt. Maybe we are both crazy . I am just having a MOH and she insisted that I go with her. I did and happy that I went because she wanted to makesure that I also liked the dress she picked.

you can def let them shop around but make sure you know what they're getting before they pay for it lol. just make sure you like their choices.

I agree. If you really don't want to go with them, at the very least, find a deisgner you like that has the color you are interested in, pick a material you would like, and a length and then let the girls find which dress suites them best.
