I must be crazy. I just asked another friend to be in my bridal party! We were super close best friends for like 7 years before I moved to Chicago. Then as time went on we grew apart. Now, she has been really asking me a lot about the wedding. She was even sweet enough to try and find me a florist (even though I already have one). Then today she got my invite and texted me, “I am so happy you’re inviting me and Sean! I can’t wait to watch you get married!”. I just felt so bad! It sounded like she didn’t even think she’d be invited. So I consulted my BM’s. 2 said not to ask her to join the BP and 2 said Yes. SO I made the executive decision and asked her. She told me she was “honored”. So, now I was feeling really good about.
But then it just hit me….AM I CRAZY!?!?!?! All my BM’s have their dresses, I have bought 4 of everything (gifts, bo-k’s, etc..). Its like starting all over with something I was finally done with!!! Argh!!!!!
Sorry I just had to share this. Am I crazy?

i know! i could just kick myself! I had been debating asking her for the last 2 weeks. I guess her text just put me over the edge! I do wish we were closer again. Oh well, too late now! I guess I have to hustle!

yeaaaah.... I think your brain stopped working at that particular moment and your heart took over. My main concern would be BM dress. Is she or you willing to pay for a rush fee. And you said she lives in another state?

If you've been going back and forth about it, maybe it's a good thing you asked. If you're anything like me, you probably would've beaten yourself up over not asking her.
It's true though, she'll probably have to pay a rush fee to get a dress.

I know! Thats the main thing I am worried about! i told her to get ber a$$ over to DB like now! When my sisters got their dresses from their it took about 4 weeks. I am hoping they can still do it in a month! I will have to call them today. Ugh! I hate last minute stuff, I sooooo let me heart take over on this one! You're right!
