so our wedding is on friday..we r leaving for the oneymoon on sun...is it crazy t o go sat.and get all my hair chopped off?
im nervous i will hate it for te honeymoon..but then i think walking around on the honeymoon with all this dam hair lol

My SIL just did that- and she had a BBQ to attend on the sat, which she was late for b/c of the haircut lol- i say make the appt- you could always cancel

I say DEFINITELY do it...this is my plan right now, having 4 days between the wedding and the honeymoon...I am already sick of this long hair and I've got a year to go!! No WAY do I want all this hair on our honeymoon!!

maybe cut it, but not completely off! like a test, if you like it shorter, then when you come back from the honeymoon cut it even shorter!

NO! totally do it. . . esp if you are going somewhere hot and besides I have NO DOUBT you and FH (then DH) will have no problem finding each other attractive no matter what

Not crazy at all! The girl who cuts my hair even told me she will go in on Sunday (the day after my wedding) to cut my hair if I want her to!

ITA!!! I would take baby steps so it's not a shock myself, but I'm not a short hair person either so probably would never do a full-on chop.

I would wait... you might be in shock after the wedding that its all over and you are going away on your HM... if you dont like your hair or the way it comes out, you will have a bad time on your HM

ITA! You don't want to have hair regret on your honeymoon!! And hey, if you're super uncomfortable with the cut you DO get, most hotels have spa services with a hairdresser. It might cost an arm and a leg, but if you're really unhappy...

I was the same way. I really, really wanted to chop it off right after the wedding. DH even went and got the buzz cut he was desperate for, after growing his hair out for the wedding for me. I was worried that I would hate it on the HM, because it takes me like a week to figure out my new hair when I have it cut different. I wanted to be able to tie it up in a bun for the HM if it was really hot. Six months later, and all I have done is a trim. I don't want to cut it lol.
