am I forgetting anything?
I just made a quick timeline that I will give out at the rehearsal. am I forgetting anything?
The day of
8:30-9:30 a.m.- get up, have breakfast
9:30 a.m.- start doing hair and makeup
12:30 p.m.- photo/video arrives to set up
1:00 p.m.- anyone driving in that day must be at The Tides
2:00 p.m.- limo arrives at The Tides
2:30-4:30 p.m.- go to Planting Fields for photos
4:45 p.m.- settle in to bridal suite/hair and makeup touch ups
5:00- 5:45 p.m.- can get on the beach to take some pictures
As people are seated for ceremony
5:45-6:30 p.m.
1) make sure Jewish relatives take yarmulkes
2) hand out petal cones, have people fill them, advise them to toss the petals at us after the ceremony, during the recessional
3) give women cry packs
4) pass out programs, one to each couple or single
