Am I in her wedding? (kinda long) **UPDATED**

Hi Girls~
I'm not a huge poster but I have a dilemma and I'm interested in your opinion. I'm a BM in a friend's wedding and she's in mine. The other day though email she got very angry with me and I think she kicked me out of her wedding. Long story short we were talking over email and I said something as a joke but because you can't tell tone she got all in a huff, basically called me white trash and bitchy. even after that I kept telling her I didn't want to fight with her because I've been giong though alot right now and didn't need to deal with her. I also told her that I was sorry if she thought I was serious when I was joking. Once I said that she flipped out and said I was serious and I quote 'didn't want to deal with this bullsh**t...at anytime...and especially at my wedding. bye.' So here's my question, do you girls think I was kicked out of her wedding? I just don't know what to do. I'm going to see her on Tuesday at PreCana. I've already put a deposit on her bridesmaid dress and they were ordered. The shop told me that once the dresses are ordered it's mine. She put a deposit on my BM dress but they weren't ordered yet, so she'll get a merch credit for the store. If she does kick me out am I out of line to ask for my money back from her? I can't afford a $310 dress that I can't wear.

If she is a good friend of yours I'm sure you can work things out.

I agree. Maybe you guys can talk it out. However, if she still doesnt want you in the wedding..shes prob. not going to give you the money for the dress...

friends get in arguments, it's normal... maybe it'll blow over. She could be pmsing and not be able to take a joke!

I'm kinda hoping that.

I would just give her time to cool off. Both of you are probably going through stress with both of you getting married. I know when I get stressed I don't mean to but I let out my anger on someone close to me. Even if undeserved.

I hope you are able to work it out !!!

I would give her a little time.

Give her a day or two and then try to talk to her.
If you don't mind me asking, is it the money or the friendship you're worried about? $300 is a lot, but if I were to have a tiff with one of my BM's I would be more worried about the friendship. My cousin is getting married close to my date and sometimes when I talk to her, things come out weird, and I get a weird vibe, but then a week later it's normal. Good Luck with your friend I hope you can work it all out.

Re: Am I in her wedding? (kinda long) *Update*

Hi girls
Just want to update this. well I got an email from my friend and she's kicked me out of her wedding. She's basically dumped me as a friend and said she'll be civil to me when we do see each other but she doesn't want me in her bridal party. It hurts because she;s been my friend for a while but at the same time things have been a little strained with us lately. I feel like I've been the one to keep the friendship going, she checked out a while ago. Its upsetting but I have FH and my other friends to help me though it. Thanks for your advice girls!

I would wait ~ Why don't you call her on the phone and try to work it out! E-mail is always so hard to tell how someone is trying to say something or come across in there tone... call her...

I am so sorry to hear that. Honestly though, if it has been stained anyway and a on sided friendship, maybe it's better anyway. I know that sounds harsh but if she wants to through a friendship away because of a joke, that just sounds petty.

Here are some hugs. Agsin I am so sorry !!!
