I've noticed that on all invitations everyone has the destination of the church but where do we put the place to go for the reception?

Usually the church information is on the actual invite with all the wording, and then there's a seperate insert for the reception information.

if your ceremony and reception are not at the same place, some people have reception cards. or you can put the place on the invitation: reception immediatly following at... or reception following at ...... xx:xxpm
or something like that....

It is usually at the bottom of the invite. Mine will say 'reception immediately following' because my ceremony and reception are at the same place.

Your hall should be able to supply you with the reception cards, the only thing you might have to have done is what time the reception starts
