girls, am i the only one who still does not know where i am having my reception??????
okay girls, i know i went a completey different route but i booked with villa lombardi's my best friend got married there on june 20th and i fell in love with it!!!!! thanks for all the advice, i did check out riviera, glen island and vip club

Definitely go to Crest Hollow Country Club, they start at $72pp in July or August, the winter months probably even less and the food and service is great, top notch and beutiful grounds. I'm even having my ceremony there. Trust me go look at it. I looked at so many places, fox hollow, westbury manor, chatau briand, woodbury CC, Giorgios, swan club -yuk the carpets were filthy, sans souci, jericho terrace and Crest Hollow impressed me the most and for half the price.

Don't forget the Borne Mansion - it is on the great south bay in Oakdale- it is an old mansion -that you actally can have the reception in the ball room - it is great - and lessings is great
also what about Bridgeview - have good things about thata- closer to the city

you should check out coral house. They are very good price for everything your getting. they lake is a beaty they just redid it . The rooms over look the lake its a breath taking experince to look out from the room and see the pond. Food is really good to.

Don't worry! I only booked mine last night & I've been engaged for over a year. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted so I took my time. My is at the Majestic Gardens

Captain Bills' in Bayshore...right on the Great south bay....Very reasonable....under 100 a head.
