Not to rub it in your face, but I'm off (next week too!!!)

I remember those days though. Our office (some---big corporations were great) but I worked for an internet company & they'd let us out on Christmas Eve at 4:30 (like, why bother at that point)?

No, I'm working a lot tomorrow. Of course, since I'm Jewish I volunteered to, so that someone who wants to be with their family could be.

If anyone wants to visit, I'll be at the White Barn Candle Co. tomorrow in Roosevelt Field from 11-close.

Then I'll be at the radio station from 11pm-7am overnight Christmas Eve. Won't be on the air, just there making sure nothing blows up.

Finally, on Christmas Day, I will be home, SLEEPING.

My old company is working but has off New Years Eve. At my new job I have off tomorrow but I have to work NYE. I would rather be off NYE than Xmas Eve. Our family gets together for dinner at like 6 anyway so I would make it if I had to work.

DH has to work for a few hours tomorrow. He works in a hospital and he might have to go in Christmas morning too cause he is on call.

I'm working.... and I won't be home til the 26th.

FI is working all weekend too. At least we'll both be making lots of overtime.

What's depressing is that I'm going to be in Las Vegas for Christmas eve and Reno for Christmas Day. Not very Christmasy if you ask me.... Hopefully, I'll be able to trade my trip and get a Long Island overnight and surprise the family.....
