Mizzdimple you're wedding is on my 25th birthday!!! I'll be on my honeymoon!!
oh....and I'm not sure yet about the children. Depends on my budget! If I can afford to have them then of course I will invite!!

we're having kids too, but only for close family. we'll have about 8 kids total, and the youngest will be 4.

i am .. but i don't think it will be many... there are handful of younger kids in the family between my and FH and i'd love to have them there so we are including them. But i think there are only around 10 of them all together.

We are having kids at our wedding.
Neices and nephews (6 total ages15-1 at the time of the wedding). My first cousins children (they are more like my nephews) 5 of them ages 10-4 at the time of the wedding. My Jr. Bridesmaid age 11 and then my two best friends children are invited they will be 3, almost 2 and a few months. I don't think my friends are bringing their kids so they can have a night out but they are invited.
FH friends don't have children yet so it wasn't an issue. That is how we decided where to draw the line with kids. To be honest it wasn't even an issue for us.

i want to have kids at our reception and trying to figure out a way to work it out but not sure...If we allow everyone to bring kids we can have close to 50 kids there if everyone brings their kids and thats just a bit much so thats what im worried about...if i knew ahead of time exactly who would want to bring their kids and who wouldn't then this decision would be alot easier. Also i have to pay $90 for chicken fingers and fries so thats another factor. FH doesn't want kids at the reception and the chance of 50 of them is not helping my case lol. Plus we have a late reception so thats another thing
Denise did you talk to your RH. I know we get kids under 2 or 3 are free and kids 12 and under are half price as long as we meet our guarantee. A lot of places we saw had similar policies.

No- im sure lots of ppl are.
We arent b/c We really dont have any kids in our family. They are all grown up or out of state (besides my 12 yr old brother and 3 yr old RB/nephew)
The only kid that would come would be BILs unruly brother who his mother doesnt supervise- which is why he is NOT invited.
If my cousins for GA end up coming- I will have a few (2). But Im not inviting my BP's kids- too much going on and they want to relax too.

yeah if its 2 or 3 and under they're free, and yeah they are half price for kids older

We are only having our nephew and nieces. Not everyone elses kids because my FH side of the family is just too too big for that. Its just too much $$. Plus I just did not want all kids at my wedding but thats just me.
