Don't worry Lana, I'm not having one either, we def are on a budget since we're the only ones paying for the wedding

I didnt have one and I'll be engaged 2 years in Dec but I blame FMIL since she took a year and half to give me an address list

we didn't have a formal e-party.

The week after our engagement (which was also my b-day weekend) FH planned on throwing a surprise bday party for me at a friend's bar but FSIL turned it into a surprise e-party for us - so we were both surprised when we showed up.

It was a great time and we had all our close friends there to celebrate.

I didn't have one. I felt bad having people buy gifts for an e-party AND a shower.

We weren't going to, mainly because of the $$$, but my mom offered as an engagement gift so we accepted.

We didn't have one either but it is a second marriage for both of us so we decided not to have one.

Thanks ladies, I was feeling so bad when I saw all the girls having one and I was getting all sad.
