Am I The Only One Having These CRAZY dreams???

Last night made the 3rd nite in a row where I've been having wedding nightmares. The 1st nite, I got the date mixed up. I was at the church ALONE. And then when I checked my paperwork, I realized that I was a year early. The 2nd dream, my FI showed up butt naked. Then last night, I had a nightmare that I was unbelivabely late. The wedding was supposed to be at 11AM - - but it was 1:45 and I couldn't find my hair stylist, the photographer, or my credit card to get my dress out of the cleaners.

MY GOD . . . I don't think that I can take 9 more months of these dreams. Any funny dreams to share? Please do!

Don't worry! You are not the only one! I have one now and then! For some reason I cannot remember my last one. I posted it, I'll try to find it, so i can share it with you!

I had one a few days ago. But I can't remember what it was about. I woke-up sweating! I am sure it won't be the last for me either.

You are not the only one. I had a bad dream once that I woke up the morning of our wedding and I had no dress. Everything else was going perfect. But I never even shopped for a dress. LOL!!!!!!!!!!! Thank god I woke up.

You are so not alone! It seems like every night I'm having some crazy dream. One night I dreamt that I woke up 5 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start and then forgot my shoes and veil. The other night I dreamt that my fiance dragged me to a biker bar in between the ceremony and reception and I got in a fist fight with another woman in a bridal gown. Where is this all coming from?

I have been having them too!!
Last night everyone was at the church all dressed and I was in jeans and sneakers and the deacon asked for the first reader to come up and I had forgotten to pick readings! So I ran down from the altar and started ripping pages out of the bible!!!! I hope I can get some sleep tonight!!

Oh no you are definatly not alone. I had my first one about 2 weeks ago. I can't remember what it was about but it felt so real. When people would say they had them I had no idea what they were talking about.

Not at all!!! I had one a few weeks ago (before selecting a photographerand BM dresses) that I got to the church, and the BMs were there, but they were all wearing Khaki pants and black t-shirts- when I asked them why - they said 'You never picked out a dress', then the photographer never took pics of 'normal' wedding things- they were all of backs of heads, the floor, feet, elbows.. etc.. and my FH said 'Well, you said they were unconventional'!!! It is so funny, b/c I could totally see where the dream came from!!!

I had so many of these dreams as I booked things, I guess it was the anxiety of the amount of money we were spending.. But hopefully they will go away..

Oh NO, you are definitely not alone. mine keep involving dirty hair and no nail polish, but i think that is because i havn't booked hair and makeup/nails yet!!

i gotta say, i love the one about the fist fight in the biker bar! LMAO!

I had one about my dj and how he completely ruined my wedding then I had the worst flowers oh it was so horrible.

Oh I have nightmares at least twice a week. My last one involved me forgetting to brush my teeth before the ceremony and running around asking guests if they had Listerine Pocket Strips!

I have them often, some pretty nasty, can't share that here. We had a thread about a month ago about this, several of us were having some wicked dreams. So, you are not alone.

I have had some crazy nightmares but this last one is the best....first my hairdresser and makeup artist don't show up, my Mom is doing a terrible job trying to do my hair she can't even get the headpiece to stay on my head. Then I put my dress on and the salon never fixed it so it's about 1/2 foot too long! Next up, I open my shoe box and they are two completely different shoes..one shoe the heel is about 4 inches and the other is only about an inch, I put them on and I look ridiculous wobbling around!
So I grab my mother, jump in the car, and drive to payless...I can't find anything so I just wind up buying a pair of black heels. When we walk out of the store, it's dark out...I'm like h@ly sh!t, I'm about 3 hours late. So I call my FH crying saying that I am very sorry but I am not ready and can't make it. The best part - he says, ' I don't care, you should learn to be on time for once, I'll marry someone else because no matter what I plan to go to the reception and have a good time', and hangs up on me. It was awful!

I think most of us have these sort of nightmares ... it is all the stress and our concern to make everything happening perfect. I have them once in a while ... hopefully it won't get worse when May gets closer

I am having horrible dreams too: my hair is still wet, the runner only goes to the middle of the church, everyone is wearing kaki's... oh, i can go on forever.... my friends tell me that this is normal but I still have 5 more months of these horrible dreams! It's enough to drive anyone crazy... So my dear as for what I have been told 'we are normal'

I've had quite a few myself, I'm glad to know I'm not alone. As it gets closer I feel like I'm worrying even more about everything going well.
