I have only been looking for dresses in magazines. My FI is already stressing and so I agreed to not do anything for now, but I am dying to get started. We don't even have a date yet, just a month and a year (Sept, 2007). I feel really behind.

I'm waiting until the summer too. I'm afraid that I'll second guess myself if I buy something too early.

waiting till like may or so when my mom comes here on vacation. its way too early to me.. i'm also losing 70 pounds by then so its gonna be a drastic change!

I haven't even started with the wedding dresses yet! I always promised my sister (my MOH) that the first time I went it would be with her...and since she currently lives 8 HOURS AWAY...that hasn't happened yet. But it's okay...By the summer I will be looking...Her and her family are moving back to the island in June...YEAH!!

Nope I have a year and a half until my wedding so I am waiting until 2007. This way I can see all the new designs and still have time to drop a few pounds. Besides I don't want to be holding on to my dress to long and I also know how picky I am.

I went once, but i didn't find anything i loved...was supposed to go tomorrow to bridal reflections, but decided to wait until i try on my mom's gown..i may wear hers. Also, would like to loose 15 pounds before dress shopping.

I haven't.... I have my first group of appointments on March 11th.... but I think the search will go on through may or june

I hope I didn't make anyone nervous ---
I'm only going gown shopping early because I am going out of the country for two weeks in April and cannot do any wedding planning (or any LI WEDDINGS )
This is the dress I liked when I visited Wedding Atelier in the city.
