Am I the only one who knows nada about twoty?

I know its the wedding of the year, but I have no clue whatsoever what it is or what its about other than the fact that it is sold out. What's the deal?

its a mock weddign LIW puts on...fake ceremony, Reception and stuff people get picked as the bride and BMs and GM LIW gives out lots of prizes

its like a fake wedding....former brides of the year before are chosen as the bride and bridal party. they hold a wedding and vendors are there to show off their stuff. its like a really big bridal expo with a fake wedding.

ok here goes...


last year and the year b4, LIWeddings had TWOTY...

They pick an 07 bride and groom to be a bride and groom at the 'mock wedding' it starts with a ceremony, then cocktail hour, then reception. its like you are at a REALwedding except they give out prizes and you dont have to bring a gift. they also pick other couples to be the bridal party.

all of the services for the day are a way of advertising for vendors. ex, hair for bride and bridal party, makeup, dresses, flowers (different on every table) favors. each vendor shows what they can do to try and get you to book them.

its great! its too bad that it is sold out already. make sure you try for next year. its well worth it!

oh... last year it was at Chateau La Mer and this year its at the Venetian Yacht Club

the girls who want to be a part of the bridal party have to register with Ron and Kim and they choose.
