am i the only one who's keeping my dress a secret?

I bought my dress a few weeks ago ... my mom and family friend came with me so they know what it looks like ... we sent a picture of it to my aunt since she offered to pay for it.

Otherwise, i'm not showing the dress to anyone (not even my bridal party).

Am i the only one who feels the dress should be a secret? (i have no idea why i feel this, but i do )

I am keeping it a secret also (which is killing me). My mom and sister came with me and they are the only ones that know what it looks like. I think I may show my grandmother a pic. Other than that, no one..not even he bridal party. I want it to be a surprise!

I originally was showing everyoneeeee pics of the dresses I tried on( pics of me in the dresses) and dresses I lovveddd, people hated and it made me very sensitive and made me overthink my choice(s)

so now I am only showing a select few people(mother, sister/MOH and other MOH) if someone doesn't have the reaction i'm expecting( a true genuine OMG, its beautiful!) I feel like it will tear me down and Ill rethink the dress all over again!

I had two 'this dress is the one' moments--- and changed my mind both times!

Im even considering dress shopping alone next time!

I think youre making a good choice!

I am!

Both of my parents have seen it, and 3 of my friends and that it. I have shown a few people the online photo but no one else. (I haven't even posted it on here!)

I want the doors to open and hear everyone gasp and how amazing i look!

I am too, only my mom, dad and my moh have seen it. I wasn't going to keep it a secret at first, but then I decided I wanted everyone to be surprised.

My mom, MOH and one bmaid are the only people who will see it in person before the big day. I've sent a pic from the website to my other bmaids and aunts.

only my mom, sister & dad saw my dress on me. my FMIL & my SIL have seen pictures of me in my dress. & other then posting it here to get opinions no one else seen my dress.

haha, oh FMIL is the LAST person i'd ever show ... if she sees it, the entire world will see it immediately afterwards (though she claims to be a great secret-keeper)
