This morning I called FH and we were talking, and then he said 'oh my mom wants to come with us later for the flowers' (we are seeing our sample centerpiece) I got sooooooooooooooooooo mad!!!!!!!!
She is too much in our business and he lets her. I said, her bouquet is not going to be made...there is no reason for her to come.
'she wants to talk to them about what she can do for her bouquet.'
SO annoying...Seriously. I am really annoyed.
Am I wrong? I just dont understand why she puts her nose into everything!

I think it's weird that you would get mad about her wanting to join you? Why is it a problem, because she wants to be involved and give her opinion? Just because she gives an opinion or advice doesn't mean you have to take it.
If this is how you react to her wanting to be involved in your wedding plans, imagine how you'll be with her when she wants to be a part of your child's life.
Take a deep breath and look at the big picture. You're in it for the long run with this woman. Don't sweat the small stuff, and try appreciating it instead. You're lucky she wants to join you, instead of being miserable that her son is marrying you.
I agree! The best thing you can do is let them be involved. It will help yoru relationship in the long run. If she offers an opinion, just say 'that is a good idea, I will take it into consideration'. Dont say no, but dont say yes and she will appreciate that you vlue her opinion. You should not start off your marriage to her son on a bad note with tension between you and her, it will only get worse throughout the years.

I'm probably in the minority but I wouldn't be annoyed. I wish FH's parents were still alive to share this experience with us. I invite my Mom whenever I think she can make it because I know she likes to be involved. She doesn't but in though or step on toes so I guess it's different.

I wouldn't be annoyed. Maybe its just because I have a good relationship with FMIL. I think its nice that she wants to be so involved.
If she gets pushy, I would just say 'I really appreciate your opinion, but I already had my heart set on XYZ. . .'
She should get the hint at that point . . .maybe have FH talk to her before the appointment and make it clear that you already decided on her bouqet, but she is more than welcome to come and see the CPs. . . but keep her negative opinions to herself

I think that sounds really nice - that she wants to be involved. I don't really understand why that would make you angry?
Because she got involved with EVERYTHING with this wedding...I have not had fun planning b/c she has to put her 2 cents in. She has a daughter...let her do it with her daughter...I love her dont get me wrong, but I want she is too involved with everything.
Well, this is a bigger issue then. You have to decide how YOU are going to handle dealing with her and how FH is going to handle it too. If you want to separate yourselves from her then you have to make sure that FH is on board with that. You can't have FH wanting his mother to be involved and sharing information with her and then having you trying to shut her out for whatever reason.
I understand it can be frustrating but TRUST ME you want to deal with this right now because it will only get worse as teh issues become more important.
