I bought it nearly 2 months ago, and since then, I've lost probably around 10 pounds or more... Now I'm worried that it will be too big, and the alterations will ruin the line of the dress.
has anyone else lost weight since buying their dress? what were your experiences
*worried*

Re: Am worried about my dress...
Dont worry about it. The lady that helped me with my dress said that 90% of brides lose about 5-10 pounds AT LEAST by the time of their wedding (mostly stress related) so I'm sure that they are experienced with these kinds of situations. If your really concerned, just give them a call and ask them what they think you should do. Maybe they can drop the size down if it's not too late. I wouldnt get too upset about it.

I also forgot to mention that my FSIL lost about 15-20 lbs from the time she ordered her dress to the time she had her final fitting and her dress came out absolutley fine.

Re: Am worried about my dress...
I've lost weight since then and i still want to lose another 35 by the wedding....the lady who i worked with said it would be no trouble at all and showed me how they will take it in and i was impressed especially since my dress has a ton of working on it. Dont worry...it will be fine!

Re: Am worried about my dress...
I already bought mine and have it at my father's house... I plan on losing HOPEFULLY 30 pounds by June... Im worried since they cant take my dress in alot...Or it will ruin it... But I can get an exchange... I just have to hope they still carry my dress by then!

Re: Am worried about my dress...
i lost 20lbs and will be dropping about 5-10 more and the seamstress was like ah no biggie. She said 5-10 is nothing in the dress typically unless you ordered it larger (like i did) so i am sure you will be fine!
