You'll have to join a yahoo group but it's worth it since you can download all the songs they have sang on the show including the group melodies they sing too

Here is the new 'twist'

A TWIST! American Idol is changing things up! This year, instead of 36 finalists, at the end of the Hollywood round, the judges will select 12 male and 12 female singers. Then in the semi-finals, one group performs on Monday and the other on Tuesday, with voting on both nights. On Wednesday, two singers from each group will be eliminated until we have our finalists, 6 males and 6 females! So now, your favorite singers will be seen every week until we've crowned our fourth American Idol!

ETA: I posted it right after you!

It sounds like the process of selecting the finalists has been shortened quite a bit, am I right?

I also heard the age range has gone up to 28 yrs old.

I agree about making it too many shows, i think it's Fox's master plan to win ratings but I am worried it will ruin the over all quality and suspense of show..

I guess we will know soon enough..lol

Thanks for sharing scoop on AI!!
