American Idol song

Ok~ So my dad uncharacteristically tells me that he thinks he found a father/daughter dance song for the wedding~
that he doesnt know the name of it, but they sang it on American Idol the other night.

I dunno~ don't watch American Idol. Does anyone have an idea of what song this might be or where I can find the American Idol 'set list'?

And why the heck is my German-stoic dad getting mushy???

If my dad knew his birthday I'd be suprised...I am going to assume it was sung by one of the guys!
