Yeah its mostly been the same list for the past few years. The camry, Accord and the civic are usually the most stolen.
Thank god no one wants my car lol

I just bought the 2003 Honda Accord. I don't want anyone to take it. I love my new car!

Mine isn't up there either. I guess VW's are too expensive to maintain (so I am finding out)

Hondas are hot.
I always get lo-jack and/or multi locks in all my cars, i highly recommend them.

Re: America's Top Ten Most Stolen Vehicles
tommybride: If it's a Hyundai Tibron it's up there in the top 20, FH has one.. and is totally ticked about that. The Acura Integra he used to own was also listed.. (guess what ? It was stolen).
My car or any of it's maker's models are NEVER on the list. Too expensive to modify. Odd thing is.. those who own my car and those by the same maker spend tons doing just that, MODIFY!
Honda's and Toyota's so easy to strip and redistribute. They fit lots of cars and are easily modified. Hence more likely to be stolen. Fords are also interchangeable.

Re: America's Top Ten Most Stolen Vehicles
We have a 2000 honda accord & are trying to get rid of (to replace it with the baby mobile!) ... meanwhile, its #2 on the list & we'd LOVE for someone to come along & snatch it off the street!!!
NO SUCH LUCK SO FAR ... figures!

Re: America's Top Ten Most Stolen Vehicles
Mine is #2! I hear the older Accords are more popular though - for the parts. Mine's a 2002 so I'm good for a few more years
Its all about the parts...thoses are the popular cars and thieves can get good money at a chopshop

Re: America's Top Ten Most Stolen Vehicles
All I used to buy are Honda's....I had 1 Accord, 1 Crx Si, and 2 civic's...a 1994, and a 2001. I now have a 2001 Chevy Prizm...For those that dont know what it is, it is a toyota corolla twin. The entire car for the exception of the hood, trunk, headlights and radio are made by toyota....
