An Amazing Weekend!
My bridal shower was this Saturday. It was an amazing and beautiful day! I couldn't have asked for a better day! We are so blessed to have an awesome family and amazing bridal party! I knew the date, my FMIL slipped and told me, but did not know any details. My niece was adorable and was in charge of getting me to the shower. She was so excited and nervous. I couldn't believe how many people actually came to the shower, since it was the day before Easter. Our families were way to generous with the amount of gifts we got. My bridal party did an amazing job with games, center pieces and favors. The favors were luffa brushes as a flower and had a tag that said from Alyson's shower to yours. I thought this was the best idea ever! I have never seen that before. One of the games we played was 20 questions with bubble gum. Any questions I got wrong I had to have a piece of bubble gum. My bridal party made holiday baskets and a wine basket. It was an amazing day. I am officially ready for the wedding, now that we had the shower!
