She is still working through the salon when she comes to your house, so she still has to pay them a percentage. Since she's gotten so popular, she can't take off work every Saturday for weddings without compensating the salon - she's responsible to them and to her regular clients.
She did mention that prices are lower for Sundays, cause she doesn't work at the salon on Sunday.
Prices are also dependant on distance traveled and number of girls.
