You could have a hostess stand and give them out as people are leaving or you and your hubby could stand at the door as the guest are leaving, I think that would be a nice touch. No doubt some greddy guest will help themself to more than one at an unmanned table.

I really think that's a lovely idea. Sometimes big favors really crowd the table, and I think this is a really elegant solution to that problem. I don't think people would take more than one. Maybe I'm naive, but why on earth would you want more than one wedding favor? Most I've received have ended up collecting dust.

Great idea. Looks beautiful. I agree that you would have to have someone 'guarding' the favors. If there is something for free, people will grab as much as they can.

I have a friend who did something similar. She put the names of the guests on the tag that is on the favors, so she did not need anyone to guard the table.

This is a great idea and helped to solved my problem. Do you think it would be tacky if the sign said something along the lines of 'We want to thank you for helping us celebrate our special day. Will each couple please take a gift as a sgn of our appercation'

We are giving out full size bottles of wine...no room on the table & I don't think we will have an attendant.

Please be honest.
