And I almost forgot to tell you of my dum dum moment this past weekend!!!

So FH and I went out for dinner and drinks in RVC friday night and we drove my car (mr. Massimo). Neways, I pd the meter for like 4 hours so I wouldn't get a ticket.

Sure enough I got a ticket.

BECAUSE

MY CAR WAS 2 MONTHS OVER DUE ON AN INSPECTION!!!

I didn't know! Who the hell looks at the sticker anyway??! To top it all off the shop we bring the cars too was closed until yesterday, so I had to call RVC village hall, and explain what happen.

They told me to send the tix, the certificate of inspection and (get this) an explanation why I didn't have it inspected 2 months ago. Can I write that I'm a dum dum. Really?

So that was my dum dum moment...

tell them you are planning a wedding... that takes precedence over all of lifes other obligations

I had the same thing happen to me on New Year's day. In my defense, it's my first car and I totally didn't think to check the sticker, but I didn't think that would hold up in court~so I just paid the ticket.
