parked my car on side street today.. (long story)
went to go out and my neighbor had parked behind me and cracked into my car. He has a truck with some pointy crap on the front so my whole back hatch door is messed up. I went to go talk to him because he IS a nice guy and i know it was unintentional and he is WASTED. I cant call cops to get report or he is in trouble, but not to be rude, he isnt the ummm monetarily stable person/house

i just really didnt need this and i was too nice to get things handled right away and now im second guessing that decision. He told me to give him quote and not to worry about it but still....

Ugh, that's a really tough spot to put you in. I know I had a crazy neighbor EXACTLY like that. I have no idea what we'd do.
