I just need to vent because I am having a hard time dealing with this... So for those of you who already know all the drama that I have been dealing with my FSIL its still going...for those of you who dont know here is a short story... FSIL does not get along with FH therefore for some reason she does not get along with me. She does not say hello to me she pretty much doesnt even acknowledge me no matter where we are....she makes comments about us all the time to her parents and so on. She is going to be one of my BMs because FMIL would not let us NOT have her so we are stuck....so with that I refused to ask her so FH did and of course she said yes to him but never mentioned it to me...ANYWAY so now its 4 months before the wedding and I told FMIL to tell her she has 4 days to go order the BM dress ( i wanted them ordered by a certain date bc they take long to come in) Ok so on the 4th day I go to the store and she still has not ordered her dress...I call FH and tell him and he calls his mom and flips out.......About 45 mins after my call to him she walks in the store ( i was still there helping my mom shop for a dress) and says Im here...so we go to order the dress and she says to me 'I have to tell you something......I say ok WHAT? so she looks at me and says 'I AM PREGNANT and I cannot wear this dress..I will be 6 months for your wedding' At this point I had no words and I tried to have her just back out of being in the wedding but she didnt get it.....NOW she picks out a different dress which I absolutly DO NOT like and then she tells me 'Oh you CANT say anything because no one knows and we are not sure when we are gonna tell everyone'
Ok so now that I made this longer then it had to be here is how it ends: I am keeping this secret from everyone but my FH and of course my parents and I am as well as FH praying that the dress comes in and is to SMALL....... I know some of you girls might think I should just get over it but if you saw how she treated us you might not feel that way..
OH 1 more thing......This is what she says to me as we are leaving the store 'And look this wasent even suppose to be about ME'
I cried the whole way home

just start talking about her coming in for the dress with your mil...and then mention that she told you what she was going to wear, not the other way around. Tell the MIL that it is not the dress that you picked out and you are very angry. When the mother asks you why she didn't get the same dress as the other girls, just say, oh, she asked me not to tell you the reason, you might want to ask her. So then the mil will ask her daughter and the cat will be out of the bag. Then tell the shop that you are cancelling that order, and your fsil will need a larger dress size in the dress YOU want.
I wouldn't have given in. Good luck hun!

I know I say this all the time, but honestly, people just really SUCK! Sounds like another case of jealousy for some reason or another, I would call the store and cancel the dress...OOOPS! They lost the order!!!

I am so sorry for what you are going through. I'm lucky my FH is an only child. Now if she tries to get anyother exceptions just tell her this is how its going to be if she wants to back out then you will understand. Pick out like 6' heels for the girls to wear My sil gave birth 2 weeks (yes i said 2 weeks) after her sister wedding and she wore the same dress as everyone else. And it was a column dress. So be strong and don't put up with her crap. It's your day not hers.
