I went 'just to see' my dress today since it came in and to bring my mom from Florida to look also.. and when they brought me my dress it was 4 SIZES TOO SMALL!!! They got the receipt and it had the size I ordered on it so they are ordering me the CORRECT size! I almost had a Bridezilla moment today!!!!!!!

wow brave of you..I expected the worst so I ordered mine 3 weeks ago to allow plenty of time for errors if should occur.

Whoa...4 sizes!!! thats insane. Def. a good idea that you went to order it early. thats why I hate when people say 'oh dont rush things you have time' NO..time flies by sooo quickly and its always best to take care of things in advance then waiting for the last minute to do it.

Oh boy, that's one of my biggest fears. I had a bad experience once as a bridesmaid. I went to my fitting and they swore up and down that I gained weight. I knew I lost weight and had them mesaure me again. I was right and they were wrong, so now who's the a$$.
I swore I would never use them when I get married and I still feel that way. They are closer to me, but I would travel to another state before I use them.

How does the shop not check the size against the reciept when the dresses come in? I would just think all shops did that. I'm glad you posted this bc now everyone knows to check when thier dress comes in. I'm glad it all worked out for you!

OMG What a nightmare! 1 size would be bad enough but 4!!!!!! :shock: I can't believe that! I'm glad my dress is already ordered and in.
