And yet another Ebay question...

This is really for sellers.

Do you contact your customers after you ship your item to see if they are satisfied?

I used those paypal shipping statements and asked for an email or feedback so I would know they received the item but there are a couple of people I haven't heard from.

Should I follow up or wait and see?

I would contact them and ask for feedback! I know I have had a few sellers ask me...I had just forgotten to leave the feedback!

Christine, when I mail the package I usually email them and tell them there package is on the way and I left them good feedback. Usually they will just leave the feedback. Once in a while they don't but I don't ask them.

I dont want to leave feedback until the transaction is complete and I won't know until they tell me they got the package. I'll wait until the end of the week and then email them.
