you know i was wondering- how in the world are they going to be able to pay the taxes on that house!!! in the paper, it said the taxes were over $11000 now.

I actually used this experience to teach a lesson to my class about our community and how wonderful it is to reach out. Truly an amazing story!

My father is in the St. James Fire Dept and he said the fundraising they had raised enough to pay off the mortgage and pay the taxes for the next couple of years or so.
