I used her for my wedding, didnt get my proofs yet but do have a few pics from her she put on her site as a preview, they are in my album.

From what i know her price has changed since i booked her so not sure what her price is right now.

I dont know about selective lol, its more about whether or not she is available for your date. Just about every girl on LIW who has used her, all they had to do was email to see if she was available for their date, met with her and if they liked her they booked, didnt really have problems with her being selective. She was great when we met her.

yeah i took some pics with my parents, dh with his parents...if you ask her to take traditional pics with your family yes she will

her work is awesome!! i dont know her pricing because i didn't look seriously into using her (she does beautiful work but it's too edgy for me and FH, we're more traditional) but i can't really think of anyone else who has the same look, so if you want to use her i'd call ASAP

she's not one of the 'factories' that have tons of photographers, she works for herself and she's the only one

I just received her 2009 price quote sheet

$6,000 - 9 hrs coverage & assistant, 500 proofs,
digital DVD within 6 months, online wedding gallery for 2 months,

$500 e-pics session

$1000- Day after coverage for 2 hours

enlargements extra: 8x10 = $40, 16 x 20 = $250

the only thing she's selective with is the time of year....she told me she wouldn't do my wedding because she doesn't do winter weddings. other than that her work is amazing.

i think she may be a little selective as to what weekends she wants to work - she works for herself so in a sense she is making her own schedule - with that said, i emailed her about my december wedding, she told me she was available and gave me her prices....we met with her, she was awesome and we booked....she did my bpics a few months after that - which were also awesome and she is so much fun to work with - def the type of person i want to photograph us on our wedding day....im just so glad we got her for our date - so exciting so no matter when you are getting married it cant hurt to ask if she is available if you are interested....

I am using AG. My fiance saw her work, loved it and emailed her. She was not yet booking 2009 when he did but she told him when she starts booking, he checked in with her then, we met with her and booked. We pretty much stopped looking the day we met her and FH also refused to really consider anyone else seriously until we met with her. We would have booked her on the spot but we needed to think about our budget. In the end we loved her enough to make it work. Other then our hall, this is our splurge.

I think she makes every bride in her photos look beautiful - and that is photographer TALENT!. I also like that she knows how to enhance the photos with photoshop, etc. Some people try to sell you on we don't enhance which is fine but its my wedding day - I am all for making me look better - lol! When FH first started getting interested in her work (and he is in production so he is picky with certain things), I researched and saw pictures of some old LIW brides she photod, papayachic, ida - I think the pics are incredible. I am sure these are all beautiful girls but something about the photos (especially the portraits) is just amazing!!!

As for being selective -- She doesn't book forever in advance and I get that - it is very hard to plan in advance when you are a one person show - you have a family ,a life, etc. That really does not bother me at all - i actually respected that a lot about her and I also knew she wasn't meeting other people so the chances she was open would be good!
