Annoyed

So I bought these wedding bells for when we are leaving the church but they sent me the wrong color! I ordered gold bells with Ivory satin bows but they came and they're silver do I have to ship all these bells back? They're from foreverwed.com I'm so annoyed.

you should call them and ask. Did you save any paperwork and verfiy you ordered them correctly. Maybe they can just ship the bows to you

that is disappointing!

if they ask you to ship them back make sure they pay for it and make sure they pay to ship you the new ones... don't let them charge you for their mistake!

ugggh, that's horrible! Give them a call, you never know, maybe they'll just send you the right set for the inconvenience..but that's a long shot

The invoice in the box says GOLD bells, I know it may sound like I'm crazy but everything is ivory w/hints of gold in my wedding. My mom thinks I'm being overly picky and says silver is just as nice, but I just don't think Silver goes w/Ivory JMO.

*Update I called them this morning app they are in CA time so I have to call back in another 2 hrs...

The bells are adorable!

Call them when they open & see what they say. Hopefully they will have you send those back (PITA I know) and ship out the right ones with no charge. Esp. since it's on the invoice correctly that's what they should do!
