Do you guys find it hard to get in touch with certain vendors. I am trying to get in touch with some vendors that I was considering booking with and they are impossible to get in touch with. Some of them ONLY do contact through email, and take weeks to get back to you and it's so annoying. Nowadays don't most people have phones that get emails to them? Are you really THAT busy that you can't respond? Well they are not getting my business now!

I have dealt with that too.. I left messages for a few vendors or emails and they respond a week later...!?!?! I told them Im not going to book with anyone that takes 5-7 to respond! Its very annoying!

I am going through this now with a certain vendor - I email and I get an auto reply telling me to leave the date of the wedding and some other information... I do that.. and get nothing back...

This has happened to me too! I tried contacting a DJ company and a make-up artist and neither one of them got back to me so I booked with other people.

I know how you feel. I booked some of my vendors because they were prompt in responding.

It is so funny that you brought this up. I was just frustrated about this. I have emailed and called a certain vendor and still nothing.

that's the worst!! i'm on email all day so i assume everyone else is too lol. i seriously don't understand why people can't respond in a timely fashion- this is your business people!

I actually had this problem with my RH - they still havent responded to my e-mail LOL i e-mailed and called them and never got a call back.
I just kept calling until i reached someone live and that was just to make an appointment to go see the place LOL
It actually put a bad taste in my mouth (especially when they said the date i wanted was already booked lol) but i guess i t wasnt that bad since we are having our wedding there lol
i havent run into this problem w/ any other vendors (yet) hopefully it doesnt happen... but i agree w/ everyone it is super annoying

this is insane. i hate business' that do this. it reflects negatively on them and in this day and age, we should all be able to receive a reply back within 24 hours at the very least. i would not book with a vendor who is this difficult to reach to begin with

we had a DJ we emailed a couple times and they never emailed us back but the continuously sent us emails that get sent out to everyone on there mailing list about showcases very frustrating
