annoyed with target VENT

So yesterday I had a bright idea....I was going to design a photo std with wording and have them printed at target as regular pictures since it would only cost me $20 for 100 prints....

I send the picture through their website and make sure that everything looks the way it should. I go pick up my STDs and low and behold....the freaking pics printed without my wedding date....all the other wording was there and it ended like this...

i was so annoyed, i was like, this isnt what I sent you, the lady goes well thats what we received, I go this is such a waste of money, what am I supposed to do with 100 of these pics..she looked at me like 'I dunno lady, thats ur prob'. I asked for the manager, she was even worse, she goes...I can give you a $3 coupon. 'WOW, really? a $3 coupon? Will that make my wedding date magically appear on my 100 pictures?' I just looked at her and the thoughts of slamming her face into the counter seemed so lovely.

I just left, I even emailed Kodak since I sent it through their gallery and they said the store would have to offer the refund bc I chose in-store pickup....Anyway I'm never ordering from either one again bc my computer image clearly shows the WHOLE PICTURE grrrr.....

Ok...Vent over...sorry girls, I was just annoyed that they wouldn't offer to reprint them correctly. Thank god it's only $20 and not more

Thats horrible. But I think that is Target, not the Kodak Gallery. I print photos through Kodak Gallery all the time and they are great, but whenever I send them to a store they don't come out well. Always have them mailed to you, its worth it. I did my e-party invitations through Kodak Gallery and had no problem what-so-ever. Did you have the date near the edge? That really stinks. I hope you get it resolved.

thank god it wasnt me....id prolly slam her head on the counter! Sorry this happened to you, thank god it was cheaply fixable.

sorry to hear what happened. I would def try reaching out to their corporate office esp if you have the original image created that shows the whole page.
