I think most times the guests do. But my RH has valet all the time so it may be different if a company is brought in.

I THINK if you bring them in (like at the Milleridge INN) you tip them. But any other RH i don't think so. Hope I am not wrong.

Im not, the guests tip and they make out better than the bartenders! (well not mine since Im going to have a bunch a fireman! )
